December 6 ADVENT

Day 6: God’s Light in the Darkness

Title: A Light in the Darkness

Opening Quote:
“The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of deep darkness a light has dawned.” – Isaiah 9:2

Hi there!
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by darkness—whether in the world or in your own heart? Advent is our reminder that Jesus is the Light who overcomes the darkness.

When we light our Advent candles, we’re not just decorating; we’re declaring that the Light has come, and it’s stronger than any darkness we face.

A simple practice for today:
Light a candle and say this prayer:
“Jesus, you are the Light of the world. Shine in my heart and in the dark places of this world. Help me trust in your goodness today. Amen.”
