You keep hearing it: “Be consistent.” “Post daily.” “Repurpose your content.”
But let’s be honest. If you’ve tried to force yourself into a rigid content calendar that doesn’t fit your energy, your season, or your brain wiring, you know it doesn’t last.
Enter the YOU Archetype framework.
Because your content strategy should work for you, not exhaust you.
Today, we’re exploring the type of content creator you are, based on your YOU character archetype, and how to establish a workflow that gets things done.

🔥 How to Create Content That Honors Your Pillars (and Your Energy)
No matter your archetype, here’s how to build a sustainable content flow:
Step 1: Define Your 3 Core Content Pillars
Ask yourself:
- What do I love talking about?
- What can I teach or inspire?
- What content does analytics show my audience engages with?
Example Pillars:
- Slow Living / ADHD-Friendly Routines
- Product Reviews / Affiliate Recs
- Small Business Features / Empowerment
Step 2: Match Creation Times to Energy Zones
Joe = Morning deep work.
Forty = Midday bursts of creativity.
Love = When emotions hit.
Kate = Scheduled work blocks.
Beck = Quiet, slow mornings or late nights. (I’m most productive late afternoon)
Use a time-blocking planner and ask: When do I feel most me?
Step 3: Choose 2 Platforms to Prioritize
Trying to do all the things is a fast track to burnout. Focus on:
- 1 long-form platform (YouTube, Blog, Email)
- 1 short-form platform (TikTok, IG, Pinterest)
Your content should stretch you a little, but never break you.
Step 4: Use a Workflow That Makes Sense for YOU
- Joe: Weekly KPI check-in, content matrix, planned rollout
- Forty: Idea bank, weekly pick-and-post, checklists
- Love: Storytelling prompt bank, “post when moved” window
- Kate: Monthly calendar, batching, repurposing system
- Beck: Photo-led grid planning, intuitive posting days
Step 5: Reframe the Posting Process
Create a vibe:
- Light a candle
- Play your “get-it-done” playlist (for me it’s 80’s-early 2000s music)
- Set a timer for 20 minutes to create, 10 to post
Create rituals, not pressure.
🧭 Final Tip: Consistency Is Not About Daily Posting
It’s about daily presence. Daily intention. Weekly momentum.
Let your archetype guide you, not shame you.
And remember: even Joe Goldberg needed a reset plan. You just don’t have to fake your death to find yours.
