Monday Motivation: It’s Not Ghosting. It’s Goal-Setting.

She didn’t explain herself.
She didn’t text back.
She stopped engaging with what drained her.
And for once, her energy didn’t feel borrowed. It felt sacred.

Ghosting gets a bad rap. But in the business of building your dream life? Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for your future is to go full vanish mode on the things that no longer serve you.

Even Joe Goldberg knew when to cut ties. Sure, his version of ghosting came with body bags and burner phones, but the lesson? Still valid. He didn’t waste time explaining himself to people who didn’t deserve access. He disappeared when things got off-mission.

We’re not saying ghost your neighbor or fake your death (Joe took it too far, obviously). But what if you ghosted the noise?

What (or who) deserves to be ghosted this week?

👻 That app you open 15 times a day that gives you anxiety but no income
👻 That friend who “doesn’t get what you do” and says it with a smirk
👻 That part of your business you hate but feel obligated to keep doing
👻 That perfectionist version of you who talks a lot but rarely executes

Your action today: Make a “To Ghost” list. And then, start ghosting.

Because boundaries aren’t rude. They’re revolutionary.

Joe was a walking red flag, and honestly? Most women should’ve ghosted him.

But ghosting, when done for growth? That’s just another word for goal-setting.

Remember: silence can be sacred. Your peace doesn’t need defending. And your energy doesn’t need to be explained.
